MCW was incorporated in 1964 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Expansion to Toronto was undertaken in 1967. In 1970, a further expansion program was undertaken in British Columbia with the opening of the Vancouver Office. Presently they have offices in Toronto, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Kelowna, Moncton, Saint John and Halifax. There are approximately four hundred and fifty people working in these offices, one hundred and fifty of these people in the Toronto office.
