Mine has charging issues. When I charge it with my charger or power-bank, it starts charging and stops all of a sudden without being fully charged. Most times I have to turn it off first for it to charge. Could it be the battery or the charging port?

My battery doesn’t charge fully anymore, whether I use the charger or with my powerbank. If I plug it, it will start charging and stop all of a sudden. Sometimes I have to turn it off for it to charge completely. What could be the problem?
