In reply to Fred. You have to reset the mifi to be able to access the SMS, remove the back cover of the device, use a pin to press and hold the reset button until the light flashes in correspondence, then you can be able to access your SMS.

Finally! The older version of the app wasn’t installing on my phone, but it just worked now. Almost discarded my router cos of this issue.
