It’s unfortunate am on aware of the annual submit since I register the company in 2012.
I think the CAC should do more in enlighten the general public the need of annual submit.

I ALWAYS FILE MY ANNUAL RETURN SINCE MY BUSINESS NAME WAS REGISTERED BY C A C IN 1990. BUT IN 2021 WHEN CAC DIRECTS ANNUAL RETURN FILING TO BE ONLINE, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FILE BECAUSE MY BUSINESS NAME DID NOT SHOW ON CAC PORTAL. I SENT EMAIL THREE TIMES WITH A COPY OF CAC RECEIPT OF ANNUAL RETURN YET NO REPLY NOR EXPLANATION. PLEASE HELP.
