The program focuses on raising awareness, information, advice, training and quality assurance in various focal points. It is primarily aimed at reducing barriersthat prevent the exploitation of energy efficiency measures and renewable energy potential. EnergieSchweiz one hand supports the legislation, the funding and market-based instruments of energy and climate policy. On the other hand, the program funds innovative projects, partnerships, consultation initiatives and other activities targeted the implementation of voluntary initiatives taken in households, communities and the economy.
